Es Picarol Sineu is an old Mallorcan stately home built in the 19th
century and located in the center of the village of Sineu.
After a long and careful restoration its old splendor has been recovered, but with all of todays modern comforts. The striking and colorful facade has been restored respecting the technique and original design. From the typical Mallorquin-style entrance, with authentic “trespol” floor, a beautiful modernist staircase leads to the rooms on the first floor.
The living room and dining room are on the ground floor facing the cool mediterranean garden, with terraces and hide away corners, allowing you privacy and space to relax or enjoy breakfast in the better weather. Steps will lead you up to the large sun terrace of 60 m², where you can enjoy the stunning views of the “Serra de Tramuntana”.
The owners of this “Turismo de Interior”, José and Carl, are Mallorcan and Dutch, which can be seen in many details. Delft porcelain blends with the Mallorcan landscapes. Making Es Picarol Sineu a very special place to stay.
